We had a great time at the home. Check-in and check-out was easy. The company that manages the rental did a great job of having the place clean and ready for use. Parking three cars required some planning, but still an overall 5-star experience!

The hosts thought of everything you would need for your visit. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom necessities, games, dvd collection. Individual heating/cooling in each bedroom. Only negative is limited parking at the house.

Great location, great hosts

What a treat! The layout of the home was perfect for our group of 9 to spread out but also enjoy time together playing games!! It was a perfect location to both mountain villages and closest to The Canyons which was perfect. Close drive to downtown to enjoy some nice food and drinks too. We had a blast skiing and while we didn’t use the shuttle available close by, the free carpool parking at each village was a nice perk I didn’t know about before.Important to note that that garage isn’t super big but we did fit a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and Chevy Traverse in the garage. It can fit a third large vehicle in the driveway, which we had a Denali Max. All fit comfortably but do plan rental cars (if needed) accordingly. I thankfully asked this question beforehand so was prepared.We had a couple minor inconveniences but the owners were quick to be there to help us and make it right, which was amazing. They are so nice!!Overall, loved the location, our group had a blast. The home is beautiful and appreciated the ease of checking in and responsiveness of all those involved. It’s definitely going to be a home I stay at again in the future when I’m back in Park City!

This home is exactly as listed and more. Clean, well appointed and excellent location--close to the gocery store, resorts, shopping and the Olympic Park. In particular, the hosts, Bettina and Peter, were amazing! We would certainly rent again and give 10+ stars for our stay!

We chose this home for our 13th annual "ladies retreat" and it worked out perfectly for us.The kitchen was very well stocked and perfect for our group meals. We loved that all eight of us had our own bed. The views from the house are delightful and the location was just right for all of our outings

Great condo

The onsite manager was awesome to work with. The house was clean and well stocked. It had plenty of room and lots of great things about it. We really enjoyed the stay. The only issue was the shuttle was a longer walk down/up a big road so hard to use.

From the owner: "We are sorry the guests found the walk a bit long. The house is up a bit of a hill from the main road but does have a paved sidewalk the entire way. Please note our location in the Bear Hollow complex is the very closest to the bus stop of any unit; most are much further away. When leaving the house through the back door, the walk to the bus stop (going into town) is only a couple of minutes and about 0.1 miles, according to google maps. The bus stop for the return is right across 224 and the entrance to Bear Hollow, and there is a crosswalk right there, which makes crossing the highway safe and easy."

Absolutely loved this house it was super clean and beautiful. I couldn’t believe how comfy the beds were. The location was perfect and had many trail systems by if we want to walk to the stores. The grounds were beautiful and the outdoor heated pool was great. The owner was so sweet and greeted us with a bottle of wine and whiskey. I would highly recommend this house. I have no complaints

Family Ski Trip

This is a wonderful family property. Two separate living spaces allows for spreading out. Kitchen is well appropriated and roomy. The three level design helps keep bedroom areas quiet. Nice kids sledding hill right out the back door. Very quiet neighborhood. Grocery store 2 minutes away. Ski lift at Canyons 5 minutes away. Location can’t be beat. Bettina the owner is very responsive and accommodating to individual needs. Will definitely be coming back here

The Perfect House for A Party of 10!

We had a party of four 80+, three 50+, and three 20+ year olds. The house comfortably accommodated all of us. The hosts were remarkable. They met us when we arrived and gave us a house tour to make sure we didn't have any questions. They even delivered our ski clothing rental package and then returned it for us after we left. The house was well-stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry supplies, a spice cabinet...everything you'd need to have convenient stay. They checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend the house and the hosts!

Excellent Mountain Home for a Group

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It's spacious enough for a group, has great amenities, and is well-stocked for everything you need during your stay. The location is excellent, with close proximity to restaurants, shops, supermarket, and ski resorts. I saw someone dinged the home because it was too far from the bus stop. That's crazy talk. The bus stop is literally just beyond a stone's throw from the back door, and the hill coming/going isn't steep. We had a small issue arise with the home while there, and the owners were at the doorstep within minutes and immediately fixed the problem. No home--owned or rented--is immune from occasional hiccups, and it was impressive to see how quickly and professionally they remedied the issue. Nothing but good things to say about Bettina & Peter, and their home. We looked at a couple different options in PC, and I'm so glad we picked this one. I'll definitely come back.

Great vacation home!

The home was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay! The location is excellent near the highway with easy access to shops and hiking/biking trails, and a short (and beautiful) drive to Park City. The community area with pool/hot tub, firepit, grilling space, and grassy area is also very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Could not have asked for more for an extended family ski vacation

This house was perfect for our extended family group of 10. Two living areas worked well for the kids to have their own play space, and they loved the beat-themed bunk bed room in the basement. Very nice new hot tub with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need including kitchen equipment, cooking supplies, extra blankets, etc. The owners have clearly put a lot of effort into making this a very comfortable home. We had a few questions during our stay and the property management company and the owners were very responsive and helpful.

Great Ski Vacation

We had a great stay! This modern ski house was well equipped with newer equipment / features to meet our needs. Travelled with two families of four and had plenty of space for everone. We used the kithcen daily to prepare breakfast for eight and this fabulous house had everything we could need. The house is also conveniently located to skiing and restaurants. We skied in Park City & Deer Valley, both of which were easily accessible. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in this lovely home for almost a month! Because we are a big family, we have stayed in a lot of rental properties vs hotels and this one was above and beyond. All details attended too. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels, clean sheets, comfortable beds, and basic items (dish soap, trash bags, laundry soap, hand soap for baths, paper towel, etc.) Usually I have to purchase a lot of these items myself but everything we needed (and then some) was there. Beyond the basics, there were lots of TVs, DVDs (a whole alphabetized library), and games to play), beautiful views, and hot tub! The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive. the home is centrally located and easy to get anywhere in town (park City) and beyond. We'd recommend this spot to anyone visiting PC!

Ski Trip to Bear Hollow Village

A wonderful property in a great location just down the road from The Canyons Base at Park City. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The hosts were open with communications and were more than helpful to accomodate our group.
