Located adjacent to the Point Royale championship golf course and mere minutes from shops, shows, and Silver Dollar City, the location is absolutely ideal for activities all around Branson and the Ozark Mountains. Plus, with Table Rock Lake only five minutes away, activities like swimming, the Showboat Branson Belle, and the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery are close at hand.

Courseview Cottage features:

LOCATION

The Fall Creek Condos are located just off Highway 165 in the southwest corner of Branson. We're just three miles off of the 76 Strip (away from all the traffic!) and just across the street from the Lawrence Welk resort and theatre. Table Rock Lake and Dam and lake activities like Moonshine Beach and the Showboat Branson Belle are only two miles away. Silver Dollar City is easy to access in only 15 minutes by taking the scenic Highway 265, which bypasses all of the Branson traffic.

Branson's famous 76 Country Boulevard Strip with shows like The Haygoods, Six, and Rick Thomas as well as attractions like the Titanic Museum and the Ferris Wheel is a mere seven minutes away. With easy access to the congestion-free Yellow Route, it's simple and fast to access any part of town.

Our property is located immediately adjacent to The Pointe at Pointe Royale Resort, which features an 18-hole championship golf course.

World-class trophy trout fishing can be found a stone's throw away in the cold headwaters of Lake Taneycomo. Table Rock Lake, just a few more minutes away, is plentiful with warm water species like bass.

There are no steps required to access our home! Please note we are next door to but not part of the Pointe Royale resort and their resort amenities. Please see the House Rules section for pet restrictions and fees.

Great Place

Our stay at the no stairs golf view condo worked perfectly for us. It’s in a great location easy to get to all the shows and very close to Table Rock Lake. The bed was very comfortable. It was quite cozy with everything we needed.

Quiet Getaway!

This was a fantastic property. It was super clean and had plenty of grassy areas for our little dog. It was quiet and the cottage felt like home away from home.

Great Condo central to all Branson fun

I grew up in Anchorage, Alaska--a spectacular place filled with some of the most amazing scenery on the planet. It's a magical place and a great place to live, but after nearly two decades there, I decided to see what the outside world had to offer, and I took a position in the travel industry working remotely and moved down south. I currently serve as Director of Operations for a small start-up company that helps people book discounted rental cars. We have a small but passionate team of people spread out around the country (and even overseas), and I get to travel around to them and make sure they have all the tools they need to help our customers as best as possible.

My time working in the travel industry as well as spending so much of my time traveling around the world has really given me an appreciation for a good place to stay. My goal is to help you feel like you're at home and to enjoy all that our area has to offer and still have a relaxing space to retreat to after a long day of sightseeing and shows.

Why they chose this property

Living in the "Lower 48" and working remotely has offered me the opportunity to see more of the country and the world than I ever dreamed possible, but it has also made it possible for me to spend a lot of time with my family, several of whom live here in Branson.

As I've spent more and more time in Branson, I've realized that the people are what make this place special. Everyone is so warm and friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you. And people remember you by name! Restaurant owners hug you when you walk in. Postal clerks actually smile and ask how your family is doing. There's an openness and honesty here that simply doesn't exist in much of the rest of the country.

It's a small town, but there's so much to do. I've lived in several large cities, but there's more to see and do in Branson and the Ozarks than there is in many other places I've spent time. Silver Dollar City is one of the best theme parks I've been to, and the entertainment options on the 76 Strip are endless. New and amazing adventure sports options are popping up all the time, and dozens of golf courses dot the region. And of course the lake is always nearby if you want to cool off on a hot summer day!

What makes this property unique

Courseview Cottage's location near Fall Creek Drive offers convenient access both of our area lakes, yet it's convenient to all of the activities on the 76 Strip! It's an ideal location for enjoying the best of what the Ozarks have to offer. Being so close to the lakes makes water recreation so easy! Trout fishing on Lake Taneycomo below the Table Rock Dam is steps away. One of Branson's top attractions, the Showboat Branson Belle, is a short drive across the dam. Yet it's only a seven-minute drive to the theaters and activities on the Strip! It's a pleasant, peaceful area with so much natural beauty within arm's reach, and yet you're so conveniently located to all of the entertainment in the region!
