Ground floor unit adjacent to our house in a quiet central location. Quiet leafy street with well appointed hotel nearby for wining and dining. Close proximity to shopping centres and CBD. Toowoomba Hospital and St Vincent's Private Hospital close by. Shared Laundry facilities. Self contained kitchenette complete with electric cook top and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Queen sized bed in master bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Cot also available if required. Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe attached. Wall heater in main living area and ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge area. Quiet outdoor veranda area with barbecue facilities. Please note that unfortunately we do not have WiFi or air conditioning.

Property was fantastic, loved the chooks and thoughtfulness of having some toys for our child to play with. Great location within close distance to central Toowoomba
Terry was very accommodating and understanding when it came to my kids. My 4 yr old was recovering from surgery so we appreciated the comfortable beds, well designed space and proximity to town and services.
Very functional, clean and homely. The owners are nearby but unobtrusive. Home was beautifully clean. I loved the chooks in the back yard and the visit from Phoebe the lovable dog. We stayed a touch over a week while our house was painted. And it was perfect for what we needed
Great stay as we had our father in hospital for surgery. Terry was very kind and made sure during our stay we were comfortable. The unit is very spacious and clean. Very happy.

Tastefully renovated, clean and comfortable accommodation. Loved the chickens and outdoor living area. Very good communication by the host. Would recommend to anyone needing a comfortable and affordable stay in Toowoomba.
Whole family enjoyed the 2 bedroom apartment. Well appointed kitchen, shaded outside area, adequate living room, comfy beds, quiet rooms made for easy sleeping. Loved having the chickens close by, a real bonus. Super convenient location. Only downside, and it is puzzling omission , was NO wifi! Otherwise, all awesome. Thanks

What a lovely modern unit! Very clean and comfortable. The beds were great! Very quiet location central to everything. Basic staples in the pantry were great!
Terry, the owner, is a lovely man and very obliging to requests. The tenant upstairs was also lovely and very friendly. We loved saying hello to the beautiful poodle, Phoebe, as well as the chooks, who greeted us each morning.
It is a real “home away from home” and we highly recommend.
