This contemporary townhouse has beach ambiance with water glimpses of Surf Beach. Upstairs features 3 large bedrooms, and newly renovated main bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs comprises the 2nd bathroom, a modern open-plan kitchen / dining room that flows into the main living area and then out into the private garden area.
Offering internal lock-up garage, laundry facilities including wshing machine and dryer, fully equipped gas kitchen, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine, high speed NBN, BBQ, outdoor beach shower and alfresco dining that leads to a fully fenced private grassed front lawn area. All linen is provided. The garage contains a table tennis table and dart board for family entertainment.
Centrally located to all Kiama offers; 100m to Surf Beach, 350m to Kendalls Beach, 100m to Kiama Coast Walk and walking distance to Kiama’s best local pubs, bowling clubs, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops.
Just a short 1½ hours drive south of Sydney, the beautiful seaside town of Kiama offers such popular attractions as the Kiama Blowhole, Jamberoo Action Park, Minnamurra Rainforest and a short drive to the historic township of Berry.
Local markets, nearby wineries, great beaches and fishing spots as well as scenic coastal walks make the delightful South Coast a wonderful holiday destination.
You can arrive by train and walk an easy 600 metres to the door or drive and park in the lock up garage or external parking space.

The best what a place.
As offered and advertised if not even better will be definetly coming back with the family again. Very clean, very tastefull furniture and decor and very spacious. Close to everything blow hole fish markets beach is a walk away it's just to convenient . Honestly made the best memories and will come back to this place anytime in a heartbeat.
