Jeanette was an absolute pleasure to host! She was easy to communicate with and left the apartment super clean and tidy. I would gladly have her back anytime, highly recommend to other hosts!
My stay here was everything I wanted it to be. I could have stayed longer. The unit was warm and cosy. had everything i needed. Location to shops, restaurants, transport was fabulous. Only downside was the garage for parking was tight, but i made it work.

Great stay at bayside getaway if you need a base in south Melbourne, beach suburbs and want to be near Mornington peninsula. Apartment is very clean and tidy and great layout with central heating & cooling.
Unfortunately they were doing track work on the Frankston line when we were there so getting in/out the city took a bit longer but it’s normally around 30mins. Highett is a buzzing little suburb with plenty of restaurants and a bar 2min walk up the road. Also a minute walk to Woolies and local shopping plaza so convenient if you want to cook in. Overall a great stay and would definitely return.
Only small gripe was some of the pantry basics ie salt pepper, oil, dishwasher tablets, soap and only three toilet rolls provided, were all pretty much empty or out of date and old so we had to go to Woolies straight away to stock up as we were staying for two weeks. Apart from that all was excellent
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carla's apartment over the Christmas/New Year period. As soon as we walked into the apartment we knew we'd love staying there. It has a very positive, friendly vibe to it and it's bright and sunny inside. It's very clean and well decorated and Carla's creative flare makes it very special. It's much bigger than we expected from the photographs.
There's a super, decked balcony off the lounge with a large table and lots of lovely plants around it. It's a wonderful area to sit with a glass of wine or to have a meal. We have family nearby and it was lovely to have them over for lunch on a sunny day.
The bathroom is newly refurbished, light and bright, the bed is very comfortable and the bedding is very good quality. The kitchen is well equipped for those who cook at home, like we do. Despite it being so near Highett Road, the apartment is very peaceful everywhere inside and on the balcony at the rear. There is no noise from the road at all.
Carla is an excellent host - responsive and considerate. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer and having to return to another apartment nearby which is nowhere near as good as Carla's. We would love to stay here again when we return next December. Thanks so much for hosting us Carla.

Gail and Mike were an absolute pleasure to host! They went above and beyond with leaving my apartment clean and tidy and treated it as their own during their stay.
Keeping in touch and communicating plans was no trouble from the start to end of their stay.

Thanks for feedback Danni. There is always a first time issue.
For future guests, front gate is situated between dry cleaners and Schwartz & Co hairdresser.
Lots of shops/cafes in walking distance which is very handy.
Location suited us perfectly to visit family in the area and super close to the train station. Unit was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Lock-up parking garage is a bit of a tight fit.
