We appreciate you taking the time to share feedback on your recent stay and are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. The interior had been freshly painted and the carpets steam-cleaned prior to your arrival. All linens and towels are thoroughly washed between stays, and any soiled or worn items are promptly replaced. Appliances are inspected to ensure they are in proper working order, and toys or other items are regularly checked for quality. Dishwashing pods are provided to assist with maintaining clean dishes, and while the kitchen is fully prepared for your stay, we rely on guests to run dishes as needed. Your feedback is invaluable, as it helps us continue to uphold high standards and enhance the overall experience for our guests.

Hi Lucie, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - The pool heat works well unless the cover is left off overnight, which would allow the heat to escape in the cold weather. - As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase their own additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. - The scissors were misplaced by a previous guest and we are replacing them, thanks for letting us know! - We have high standards of hospitality and apologize if you experienced anything other than this in your communication with the Guest Contact. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
