This well-built home has a fantastic northern aspect and plenty of windows to soak up the winter sun, high ceilings offering a spacious living area that opens out onto a large deck that captures the bush and sea breezes to relax in over the warmer summer months.

This home offers a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, double door fridge, large gas cooktop and oven, open plan living and dining area with ceiling fan plus a sitting area. The main bedroom is slightly elevated from the main area with a large walk-in robe and en-suite with shower, toilet, and vanity.

Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms all with double beds, a second lounge area, main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity, toilet and well laid out laundry. The games room comes with a pool table and dart board that leads out onto a seating area to help you relax and enjoy a well-deserved break and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim or surf at Cookies Beach only minutes' walk away.
