Parking passes are permitted and provided to you. We do not charge extra for parking but for lost/stolen parking passes, there will be a $25 charge.
This is a "co-op" but not a hotel where fresh towels, toiletries, etc are replenished daily. This is a privately owned unit and you can find a list of what do supply/don't supply in our rental agreement.
