Pelican Pointe 418:Walk to Beach~Pool~Free Parking

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Unit #418 is nestled in the corner behind the elevator, granting you the peace and quiet that comes with being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel's main areas. While it does not have a balcony, it compensates with ample windows that provide an abundance of natural light.

Location:
Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Walking distance to restaurants, night life and all of the wonderful activities Clearwater Beach has to offer.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our studio room offers the best value for experiencing Clearwater Beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room features a king size bed and a spacious living area of 345 square feet. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

Location is fantastic. Directly across from the beach. Hotel is clean, although some signs of hurricane recovery are still present. All in all, a great place in a great location.

I spent a week at Pelican Pointe Hotel and I can say that overall was a relaxing getaway. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk lady Nicole let me in before the check-in time as I arrived a bit early (I really appreciate that) so I was able to leave my luggage and run to the beach right away ;) The hotel is just a short walk from the beach! There were plenty of restaurants nearby. I loved the free trolley so I went to Publix grocery store a few times and even I just took it for a ride to north site of the island that was fun ! The only downside was the crowded beach and the blue rent cabanas which obstructed the beautiful ocean view and sometimes they could overturn because of wind that looked dangerous for people around.. I can't say anything about of hotel heated pool because my trip goal was the beach but I saw a lot of people enjoying the warm pool water during the rain time and wind. I would recommend this destination for anyone looking for relaxation and activities.

We enjoyed our stay. Price was great and location was perfect. It was during spring break and there were college kids there but never dealt with noise issues at all. Will be staying there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful in replacing used supplies (towels, etc...) as needed without entering the room. The location was excellent and just on the south end of the Clearwater Beach attractions. Very quiet and peaceful stay.

Beach weekend

Excellent value for the money: clean and comfortable, with an outstanding location. Easy walk to the beaches and shops. Parking for one car included, a big plus in a beach town where parking fills up quickly and can be expensive. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the property management team was attentive and informative.

Spring Training

Great location, across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and Pier. We have stayed at Pelican Point on and off over the years and first time in this unit. Only negative is the condo unit looked like they were still fixing the unit as the ceiling was peeling off and not finished painting in the bathroom under the sink
