✔ Bedrooms: Two master suites with direct balcony access, one with a king-size bed, and one with a queen-size bed, both with en suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and stunning views of the Gulf. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, a TV, and private access to the guest bathroom.

✔ Bathrooms: The first bathroom is off the first master suite and includes two vanities with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom, attached to the second master suite, features a vanity and a tub/shower combo. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity, accessible from the guest bedroom or the main living area.

✔ Kitchen & Dining Area: This kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. The dining area includes a table that seats eight and additional bar space.

So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Great condo that fit our family of 8! Had alot of room, and amenities! Gerald, property manager at the Commodore was excellent! He helped us with getting our luggage to the room! Very personable in offering assistance if we should need him through out our stay!

We had a great time at this condo! Right on the beach, with two chairs and an umbrella to use throughout the stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of six to be comfortable. The beach as safe and clean as well. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful communication with ITrips. Checked on us repeatedly. Fixed two stopped up sinks within a couple of hours. Furniture is good to excellent. Large closets. Balcony furniture is excellent. HOWEVER, the master bedroom mattress is the second worst Ive ever experienced. We rolled to the middle or clung to the sides lol. No point in complaining to the management at the time, that's not something they would or could fix quickly. Overall, still a five star. Would do again...but please fix the bed.

Breathtaking beachfront property

We have stayed at The Commodore before, and this unit was exceptional. We love being on the quiet end of the island, and love talking beach walks down to the state park. This unit was well appointed and have everything we could have needed, including beach toys for the sand castle builders in our party. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen items, and views to take your breath away each morning! This was our first time staying at the Commodore during "summer" where beach chair service was provided. Just a note on that - we didn't know you could reserve them early - keep that in mind. If the beach chair service gentleman is there on your first day (after 4 PM check in), highly recommend going down to reserve your chairs for the entirety of your stay then. Love, love, love this property and would highly recommend!

Beautiful Gem on the Coast

The next time we go to PCB, we're going to plan our trip around when this condo is free, because we absolutely loved it here. Here's everything we loved about it: -Parking for it was so close and picking up the parking pass was a breeze. -Numerical lock meant we didn't have to use (or share or lose) any keys. -The condo itself was so spacious, and having a bathroom for each bedroom made everything easier. -Furniture was all very comfortable - not too firm, not too squishy. -The balcony on this place was HUGE - and you're high enough up to not get any pool chatter but not so much that you're afraid to look down. -The kitchen had all the pots and pans and appliances we'd ever need. -You take the elevator down, walk past the pool, and then you're on SUCH a beautiful beach that is within easy walking distance to St. Andrews. -The included beach chairs/umbrella were fantastic, and the pricing for more of them was very reasonable. They're also situated close enough to the ocean that you don't have crowds in front of you. -The location was fantastic - Publix and a liquor store were 5 minutes down the road, restaurants are in walking distance, and you get absolutely no road noise at night. We had such a great trip at this place, and we can't wait to go back!

AWESOME, clean, end unit with great views from wrap around deck!!

Although this isn't the condo we initially booked for our trip, (we were forced to leave the one we booked when we complained about the cleanliness of the unit & linens etc. ,but that's another review.) From the moment we inquired on it, JoAnn immediately responded and worked with us to accommodate our family and our immediate needs. This condo is clean, updated, and the furniture and furnishings are in great condition. The beds are in great shape and clean, the sheets and bedding are clean. The pillows look new. There were ample pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. in each bedroom closet. The bathrooms were all updated and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. Large size washer & dryer. The views from this property are awesome!! We loved sitting outside! The patio furniture is new looking and in great condition. Everything that you hope and pray for when renting a condo. There were no long wait times at the elevators as we have experienced in so many other properties. We have never stayed at this end of the beach, but we really enjoyed it. The beaches are less crowded. The pool area is nice and we never had a day that it was too crowded to enjoy it. Lots of things to do within a short walk or drive. We cannot thank JoAnn enough for calling us back and working with us as quickly as she did. We basically had no where to go and if it had not been for her and this unit, we would of had to end up driving another 12 hours back home and not getting a vacation. If I had to pick a downside for us, it would be the 2 car limit being able to park on the property. My son had to park a couple blocks away and we either picked him up or he just walked back. (I realize this may not apply to every family). However, this certainly isn't anything that would keep us from staying here again. We all made it work and had a great time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and it is definitely someplace that my family and I would consider staying at again.

Beautiful Condo, views can't be beat

The unit is decorated with the best of everything, it was very well-done, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cleaning should be revisited, dusting was pretty much only surfaces, but nothing horrible. Property manager is addressing, so this should not be an issue going forward.

Magnificent Oceanfront condo

My husband and I stayed in Panama City at the Commodore condominiums for the the month of Feb 2022. We have travelled in many countries and lived in Europe over the last 43 years of Marriage. The 3 bedroom/3 bath Commodore unit 801 is at the top of our list of gorgeous vacation condos. The massive wraparound end unit balcony affords a view for miles North and South of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is so enjoyable to hear the sound of the waves day and night. This unit has recently been redecorated and every room is comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The guarded parking lot and building also gives an extra level of comfort and privacy. The outdoor pool and hot tub are both heated and have comfortable seating all around. Just a few steps and you are out walking on the white powder sand or swimming and surfing. We hope to come back many times to this exact unit in the future…..come to think of it, why am I telling all of you about this great unit:). Enjoy!

Beautiful place

The place was beautiful. The views you can not beat. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. When we had an issue with the television they sent someone right away. Thank you for the wonderful condo.
