This 4 B/R home has been recently furnished and upgraded. It features a backyard oasis with swimming pool and spa (heating optional), patio area, gas firepit and BBQ. It is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay. This listing is for the entire home including the resort like backyard with swimming pool and spa (HEATING OPTIONAL) and patio area with gas firepit and gas BBQ. The home is 1640 square feet with high vaulted ceilings and new furnishings. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.

COMMON AREAS:

Kitchen and breakfast area with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. Fully stocked laundry room with supplies provided for your group.



(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars, 2 garaged.

Heating Optional - the  swimming pool/spa are not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool or spa option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee of $50/night plus tax and fees for spa only or $75/night plus tax and fees for pool and spa (pool and spa option requires a 1 week minimum purchase) added on to your reservation cost. We want guests to understand this home`s pool setup in order to better set expectations. The pool and spa are connected and so the two can heat together to the temperature of the pool but in order to heat the spa to a hot tub the pool can not be heating at the same time. For spa option guests please let us know the times of the day you would want the spa on (i.e. morning from 7-9am, evening from 7-10 pm) so that we can create a schedule for it to run during those times. It will not be heated 24/7 during your stay.

PETS:

***Please let us know if you have pets, as dogs only are welcome to stay here with a max limit of 3 dogs. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.



*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!



When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.



LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.



Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events



If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.



Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard

*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

- Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography;

- Operating a nude or topless dancing;

- Obscenity;

- Adult-oriented business; or

- Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39



Disclaimers

As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.



The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.



This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $450, tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

Guest Access:

Groups will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The pool is private and the backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

Getting Around:

We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations. Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.
