2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a suite with AC
Sleeps 5 couples (2 double box spring beds + 2 sofa beds + 1 queen-size bed)
Hammocks in the garage and backyard
Fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, dishes, etc.)
*OUTDOOR AREA:
Spacious, fully grassed garden;
Parking space for up to 4 passenger cars;
Shaded gazebo made of treated eucalyptus wood by the pool and at the back of the house;
Porcelain tile deck with outdoor shower;
Large concrete barbecue grill;
17,000-liter pool with built-in waterfall.
We DO NOT provide bed linens or bath towels. Please bring your own for your stay. The tenant is responsible for cooking gas if it runs out, as the owner has no control over its use.
