There is plenty of room to spread out and relax in this 4 bedroom townhouse. Downstairs, enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, living room, a bedroom and full bath, and a balcony. Upstairs there is a master bedroom and bath, ( with a balcony off the bedroom), 2 more bedrooms, and another full bath. Great location. Needs to be cleaned.

The house was comfortable and a perfect location. Easy check in and check out process. The thing we didn't like was that the floors were covered in sand and so much dust on the surfaces. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly and the sofa had a weird smell to it. Seems there was a party before we arrived and there was confetti on the main floor. We cleaned what we could but there was no broom and dust pant. The vacuum was not picking up the sand. If the house was cleaned thoroughly, the stay would have been perfect.

Nice property for the location

The property itself is nice. The cleaning service needs to do a much better job, as the place was not all that clean when we arrived. The parking space in the garage is very tight. Larger vehicles will not fit in. Thankfully there is a second parking space provided within a short walk of the property. I did not realize you had to walk up a flight of steps to get into the property. I thought the first floor was on ground level but it is not. My parents had some difficulty with the steps. The location is great as it’s close to the boardwalk and beach, but there is noise from Baltimore Avenue especially at night.
