This ideal midtown location puts you close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and just two short blocks from the beach. The bayfront building features an outdoor pool and a designated area for fishing and crabbing, making it a favorite for both relaxation and recreation. Located on the 3rd floor, the condo overlooks the canal and includes a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, two TVs, DVD player, and central A/C. Priced right, this unit books quickly. A coin-operated laundry room is available in the building for tenant use. Boat docks are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with advance payment and registration required—$75 weekly or $50 for the weekend. The unit includes parking for one car, is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Pool needs more chairs, relatively clean condo in good location, should supply paper products would be appreciated. Would consider staying again if in OCMD.
