Welcome to our cozy basement suite in the charming neighborhood of Tuxedo Park, Calgary. Our well-equipped space is designed to provide a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests (family-friendly). Located in vibrant Tuxedo Park, our property is conveniently situated near the bus stop for easy access to transportation. Explore downtown, the zoo, the science center, and SAIT with quick access to popular attractions.

This unit shares a furnace and air conditioner with the unit above. Therefore, the thermostat is locked within a specific temperature range of 21-23 degrees Celsius (70-72 degrees Fahrenheit).
Pets:
If you are staying with a dog or dogs that bark often, please do not leave them alone in the unit.
Parking:
Free street parking is available anywhere on the street. Parking spots are not assigned. However, please be mindful not to park in the handicapped parking spaces marked by the blue handicap signs.
