Comfortable and modern house, 150 metres from the most beautiful beach on the island and 900 metres from the Nossa Senhora da Penha Chapel, with 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites, swimming pool, equipped gourmet area, large living room, complete staff quarters, garden and balconies.
A veranda surrounds the house, bordered by a hedge, and there is a large lawn throughout the exterior area. All bedrooms have private balconies.
