Note : On the lower level there is 2 futons in the living area and linen is provided for these. There are 2 futons on the upper level as well, guests are welcome to use these, how ever you will need to bring your own linen.

We are happy to welcome dogs at this property, however please note that dogs are allowed only on the lower level and in the backyard, how ever the yard is not fully enclosed.
Please do not leave dogs alone in the house and make sure to clean up any mess caused by the dog. If your dog has caused any kind of damage please notify us immediately.

Great house, great location near beach and sea breeze cooling us down in the evenings.

Would love it if air con was also in rooms and small TVs in all rooms . But otherwise lovely house.

House was located very close to the beach and was a pleasure to stay in. House had all the required amenities, as well as a lot of space. The house was fairly clean. Only negative was that one of the beds listed was a sofa bed.

Beautiful house and great location!

Great place to stay for the weekend. So close to the beach and very close to the main shopping area. There was plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed was provided. The only thing we didn’t realise it that it is a townhouse and that one of the beds was just a sofa bed. But overall I highly recommend staying here!!

Great Holiday Property

We were very happy with the property, it was clean and located in a great spot that was close to the beach yet a short distance into the main street of Kiama. We will certainly be back.
