House of 374m2, new and decorated, functional and fresh, with 5 car spaces, 4 suites, a dep and / or social use, service area, oven, wood burning and pizza, comfortable and safe. maximum 5 couples with children (maximum 15 people). Freezer, fridge, microwave, stove, integrated kitchen, house next to the green area, leisure use of the condominium, tennis and basketball court, soccer field, deck pier with pool and fishing. Very close to the good southern beaches, and best restaurants. Play area with paddling pool and social deck pier. Important Details:
Curral Beach, 5 km, Grande Beach 10 km, and Laje waterfall, (10 km) with great walk through the forest and an excellent bath of clean water. Village 25 km, hospitals and markets 13 km.
12 km from Restaurantes Ilhasul, 6 km from DPNY resort, 8 km from New York restaurant bar.
Condo monitored 24h. Safe, with leisure structure. Wonderful look of the channel. A complete and joyful experience with hiking and sports in the green. Come be happy and enjoy with luxury and quality.
My house has no pool, but the condo has a very nice pier deck, with integrated area and cool infrastructure. Everyone can use, and even has a pool suitable for children. And with the advantage of delicious sea bathing right there. It is a condominium with many leisure options. It has tennis, soccer and basketball courts. And a beautiful jetty deck with pool and wonderful structure. Ice and a beautiful look, If you like fishing, the place is excellent.
I have 4 rooms, and 1 maid's room that was never used. And this is a room with two beds and its own bathroom.
Upstairs, two bedrooms:
Double suite room, has a double bed and bathroom with hot tub.
Bedroom 2, with double suite and bathroom
On the ground floor two bedrooms
Bedroom 1 with one double and one single bed and bathroom

casa muito aconchegante

casa linda, condominio passa um ar de natureza que era oque estavamos procurando. tamanho perfeito para 4 casais com ou sem filhos. casa equipada com utensílios de cozinha e ventiladores e quartos com ar condicionado. Ponto negativo para quem gosta de ir no centro ou para as praias do norte pois fica bem afastado, nao era nosso caso. Ponto mais positivo foi a flexibilizaçao da anfitria nos horarios de checkin e checkout, foram muito compreensivos e ficamos muito satisfeitos.

A casa e tudo como o descrito, somente há o inconveniente de não ter ar condicionado em nenhuma parte do imóvel, o que incomoda um pouco devido ter de deixar portas abertas e com isso os borrachudos permanecem na casa, além de ficar muito abafado no verão.
