This home features a large open living area, an accommodating dining area and fully equipped kitchen with updated cabinets, lighting & granite counter tops. Relax in the spacious Carolina room with dreamy and expansive views. 4 Spacious bedrooms and a large Sundeck provide for a relaxing family vacation. HVAC, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Outside Shower, basic cable TV, laminate and tile flooring, covered slab patio and spacious back yard. No Smoking. No Pets. 2nd vacation house

We used this house for additional space for a large family vacation. The back porch room is great, but the stairs to get to the 2nd level are a bit nerve-wracking and getting a large suitcase up there would be hard. Some light fixtures and fans did not seem to be working correctly while we were there and one bedroom needed some sweeping/dusting when we arrived. But the location was great for what we needed and we loved the view over the intercoastal.

Relaxation at Serenity Now

The beach house was really nice. We enjoyed the open floor plan layout. Great view of the inter coastal waterway behind us and a short walk across the street to the beach. Loved the closed in back porch with AC. Only issue was that both bathrooms had mold. Thank you!

Great way to bring in the new year!

Stayed here with my family for New Years. Great location with beach access across the street. The property was so cute. The back porch overlooking Southport was our favorite! Nice big table for dinners and family board game nights. There were a few miner things like towel rack and toilet paper holder were broke and some outlets and lights didn’t work, but overall an awesome property. I would definitely return! Thank you for having us!

Nice property. Lots of room.

Our family enjoyed the stay and found amenities as expected. A bit surprised at the lack of cleaning supplies, paper goods ( like extra toilet paper), but we bought stuff and managed fine. One annoyance was the security alarm on the front door which kept going off, with no instructions anywhere about how to disarm or disable it. We figured it out, but it was annoying.

We enjoyed our stay!

From our understanding the home has new owner and they were doing some work on it. Just a few things need some work. Outlets in the front bedroom. Order from under kitchen sink. A picnic table in the back would be nice. The house is beautiful and we did love it. Front porch rocking. The back sunroof is amazing. The location is perfect! Thank you for allowing us to stay
