This unit is a lovely, spacious, open concept 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium, with open concept living, a large screened-in lanai with preserve views, and a private elevator that leads from the 2-car garage directly into the unit. Fisherman's Cove is conveniently located to shopping and dining, and about 10 min drive to the area's islands and beaches. Unit amenities include: free Wi-Fi, Washer & Dryer, Central AC & Heat Cable, Beach Equipment, and 3 TVs: 1 in each bedroom and 1 TV in the living room. Sleep 6. King, Queen, and Queen Beds.
This Fort Myers vacation rental is part of the Fisherman's Cove Community and offers a swimming pool, workout room, community center, lakeside gazebo, community grills, and guest parking in the parking lot. Must complete the Fishermans Cove Lease Application and background screening online. The instructions are emailed to you upon booking after you have made your final payment to Royal Shell Vacations 60 days prior to arrival. The online lease application must be completed no less than 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL for rental approval. The online application fee is $150 per application (only married couples on one application), $40per person background check.
