With direct access to Noosa's river, this 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom luxury apartment is the perfect place for a memorable Noosa holiday for a family or romantic couples getaway. The apartment underwent a complete rennovation in 2024. Some of the features are porcelain bencthops, Miele cookware, wine fridge, 3 televisions, full laundry and vistors bathroom and air conditioning throughout. The best part you can holiday with your boat, jetski or whatever watercraft you like! With its ideal location, set just a 25 min stroll to Hastings St & 15 min to start of Gympie Terrace, there is no doubt this apartment offers guests the best of what Noosa has to offer.

Soak up the sun on the sun lounger on the deck, or take a dip in the large lagoon swimming pool at the apartment complex. The apartment is on the Ground Level and is only 1 of 14 units so its a very exclusive location, and comes with a car port and some visitor parking.

Master Bedroom (sleeps 2) features a Queen size bed and full en suite, and air conditioning unit and TV.

The Second Bedroom (sleeps 2) features 1 split King Bed - just let the host know your preference for 1 king or 2 singles. It has it's own full ensuite and airconditioning.

Guest bathroom & complete laundry
Media room / 3rd Bedroom features a fold out double sofa bed, wide screen TV and pedestal fan.

- No smoking (in the apartment nor on the deck, please be respectful and go onto the street if you need to smoke).
- No parties or events
- No glass taken to the beach or pool area
- No use of pool after 10pm
- No noise or music after 10pm

Fab location; poor quality of accommodation

The location was fabulous. The house itself was of a poor standard for the cost of staying. The tap in the kitchen was nearly falling off. The hot water trickled out of the shower. The second shower head was too low for the boys, so they all ended up using the ensuite bathroom. BBQ was filthy when we got there and basically NEVER worked. Won't be staying there again.
