This beautifully appointed top floor apartment has stunning views of the ocean stretching from Point Cartwright Lighthouse up to Maroochydore and Coolum.

The apartment is located at Alexandra Beach Resort (Breakfree Resort), it is situated on the 4th and 5th floors and has both lift and stair access. The unit is privately managed.

It has 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom upstairs which has a queen bed with beach views and a newly renovated ensuite.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and also has beach views . Both queen rooms have wall mounted smart televisions.

The third bedroom has a two single beds.

New air conditioning throughout the whole apartment and ceiling fans are also situated in all 3 bedrooms.

Downstairs main bathroom has been newly renovated.

A large balcony with ocean views that has outdoor dining and relaxing lounge chairs that can accommodate numerous people.

Open plan living and dining area with a large smart tv. There is also a DVD player.

Full kitchen with modern appliances that include microwave, oven, cooktop, dishwasher and utensils.

The laundry includes washing machine, clothes dryer, tub and vacuum.

Two bathrooms. One upstairs in the master bedroom and the other downstairs. Both bathrooms have been newly renovated.

Designated secure carpark with extra guest car parks within the gated complex/resort.

A massive lagoon swimming pool, two heated pools, kids water slides and two heated outdoor spas.

The perfect accommodation for being by the beach

A beautiful stay if you want to be on the beach. The apartment has ocean views. The upstairs main bedroom is fantastic, with the best views and it’s own ensuite. Good that is is upstairs too, separated from the two downstairs bedrooms. The resort facilities are great too - gym, pool with waterslide, spa and the pool is heated to a warm temperature at night. Also just a short stroll from a beautiful Indian restaurant, popular for a good reason.

A beautifully renovated apartment in a great location

The design and little touches are lovely in this apartment and the location is amazing if proximity to the beach, surf club and excellent amenities for the kids is what you want. Great for a family escape
