2 by the sea - Dock Level Suite - Your private 2 bedroom suite with walk out... by the sea with lots of room for entertaining and amazing views, part of Florina Beach looking out towards Cocagne Island. A great beach for exploring (shallow water) perfect for little ones or hang out in our shared party float in the water. Bring your kayak or borrow ours - you will love exploring the island!
Walk along the beach and enjoy your family vacation. Dig your own like the locals right out front. Like seafood, lobster or clam digging? This is the spot. Private BBQ and firepit - just bring your food and personal items and enjoy the Acadian Coastline. I live in the loft upstairs.

Directement sur la plage. On peut marcher ou faire de la raquette l’hiver pour aller sur l’île de Cocagne. À 8 minutes de belles pistes de ski de fond.

Hi, my name is Carol and I look forward to hosting you at a very healing and amazing location here in Cocagne. 2020 was hard, I lost my husband Bob to a Stoke and our 20 yr old business to Covid, so I left Toronto in search of happiness and landed here in this peice of paradise. So now, I would love to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

The view will keep you watching. I have seen seals, all kinds of birds including a Bald Eagle landing right on the dock. With Cocagne Island just a paddle away, enjoy it's natural setting and the sand bars at the open ocean. We are slightly sheltered by the island it makes for great Kayaking, floating, exploring crabs and clams or taking a cool off dip.
Shallow entry for little ones to play in the water or with floaties.

What makes this property unique

Spending time out doors with your family it's great to have options: fishing, beach combing, Badminton, Tether Ball and more. Meet your neighbor and enjoy friendly campfires. We allow wood fires depending up that days fire regulations, but we always have our propane fire tables as a back up.
