About this property

Bright modern cottage close to parlee beach.

Welcome to our paradise. Immaculate open concept one bedroom air conditioned cottage with large updated kitchen and good sized dining table. New king bed and tv. New sectional/ queen pullout bed in living area. Cottage sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Bunkhouse on property sleeps 2 adults and 2 children and is included only with a one week rental. Cottage has a large modern bath with a deep soaker tub / shower combo. View sunrises and sunsets on the 1300 sq ft illuminated deck with multiple sitting areas. Relax in the brand new sunroom. Fire pit, barbeque, outdoor shower, and 5 minutes from the beach. Not many cottages as nice as this one. Act fast, limited availability. Note: bunkhouse on property (sleeps 2 adults and 2 children), with queen bed on main floor (perfect for 2 adults) and double bed in the loft (more suitable for 2 children as you need to access loft by steep stairs). Bunkhouse has a kitchenette, and half bath, and is only available with 1 week rental of the cottage.

Our best vacation!

First, we were able to travel light: everything you need for the beach, the bathroom, the kitchen, bedding and even board games are there! Our 2 oldest loved sleeping in the charming guest house next to the main house: it was special for them! And what about the location just steps from the beach. Our best family vacation!

Wonderful house!

The house is wonderful, with its bunkhouse. Very cosy and confortable. Well equiped. We all loved it! The beach is near enough, very clean, nice swimming. We Hope we Have the chance to come back.

Fabulous Vacation

We had such a terrific vacation, there wasn’t anything we needed during our stay, bring your clothes and food and we were set for a whole week. Over and above the greatest hosts. If you want a special beach location, this is the best, 6 houses and a short walk to the beach. Can’t wait till next summer.

The "Bluff" is ideal for activity.

My wife and I arrived on Saturday evening, the cottage is in an ideal location for trails, going to the wharf and beach, which we did several times during our stay, two days later family started arriving including grandchildren. They enjoyed all the above and the opportunity to share a meal together on the deck finishing it off with a camp fire in the wave firepit. This cottage is ideal for couples and most of all those with families. I look forward to next summer for the opportunity to do it again.
