Village of Blue Mountain is a gated community with a large, beautiful pool with plenty of space for relaxing, a fitness center, community grilling area, and 6 shuffleboard courts. Have we mentioned the amazing restaurants including the coffee and ice creams shop as well as the new Mimmo's Restaurant just outside the gate!!

Enjoy the beautiful Beaches of South Walton in this ground level, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Professionally decorated with upscale furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room furniture, a washer/dryer and relaxing patio for a cup of morning coffee! Featuring a king size bed in the Primary bedroom, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and the most comfortable pull out sofa sleeper in the Living Room when needed. Clean, Chic, and decorated with our guests in mind. This condo is well appointed with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach bags, coolers, and even a Bocce ball game. This is the perfect vacation rental for fun in the sun, just pack the sunscreen and enjoy!

Blue Mountain Beach public Beach Access is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk where there's free parking, showers, and restrooms.  Recently opened at the entrance to The Village is a new coffee shop and a new ice cream shop. Other close by favorites are Cowgirl Kitchen, The Grove which has live music, Blue Mabel Smokehouse, Red Fish Taco, Local Catch, Red Bar, the casual Hurricane Oyster Bar or enjoy a pint of Guinness and pizza at McTighe's Irish Pub.

Blue Mountain Beach is located on the panhandle of Florida, 30 minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. Only minutes away from Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach to the East. To the West, you will find Sandestin, Destin and The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the largest outdoor shopping malls in the United States.  Just a mile to the West of Village of Blue Mountain, you will find a combined commercial/residential community called Gulf Place. It contains bike rentals, shops, restaurants, spa club, beach bar, wine bar, artists' colony, and an open lawn area for the kids and dogs to roam. It is a very popular gathering spot for both locals and vacationers. 

Seaside is a picturesque community about 5 miles to the east of Blue Mountain Beach. The town is known for its simple yet elegant architecture, art galleries, a chapel, book store, shopping, restaurants, and outdoor amphitheater.  Connecting all the beach communities along the Scenic 30-A corridor is an 18-mile bike path that carries nature enthusiasts past Old Florida with protected wetlands, State Parks, nature trails and the Coastal Dune Lakes that are geographically unique to our area. If you don't have a bike there are nearby rental shops like Big Daddy's Bike Shop which is within walking distance of this condo and they will deliver to your front door!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: Golf cart parking spots need to be rented from the HOA in advance of arrival. No RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer, commercial vehicle or RV.
