The Space:

With three bedrooms accommodating up to six guests, everyone will have their own cozy space. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while the third offers a king-single bed with a handy single trundle underneath.

Forget chilly nights with double glazed windows throughout, and a toasty gas heater in the lounge ensuring warmth and comfort. There are portable heaters, a panel heater in the bedroom’s hallway, and for those extra chilly nights, electric blankets guarantee a snug night's sleep.

Embrace the morning sun as you sip your coffee on the welcoming patio, accessible from the lounge, dining area, and master bedroom. Fully fenced for peace of mind, it's the ideal spot for little ones to play safely while you soak up the serene surroundings.

The house is nestled in a tranquil suburb overlooking Taupō. Just moments from the iconic DeBretts Thermal Pools and Botanical Gardens, with the shimmering lake just a quick two-minute drive away, and the bustling town center a mere minute or two further, you're never far from the action.

Other Things to Note:
This listing advertises a ‘base’ cleaning fee, which accommodates 1-2 guests. Additional linen and resources are required for larger bookings, so an additional $10 per guest will apply for any bookings of more than 2 guests. We will charge the extra fee separately closer to your check-in date.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available on request, please inquire before booking (bedding for the cot is not provided). Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $200.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. To keep linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide facecloths.
