Absolutely beautiful property!

The pictures don't do it justice, the property is beautiful and the location is great. Kids loved pool, hot tub and pool table, and you can literally hike outside. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you Ramona and Sol!

Our stay

Was as advertised, quiet, friendly and easy to access everything. The local town wasn’t as inviting. The overall experience of the property was very pleasant.

This home was an excellent choice for our family to have a nice relaxing place to have a home base for the week. We really enjoyed the pools and many outdoor spaces, gas grills and toys. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions, concerns or requests that we had. The home was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The property had excellent views both day and night. Easy to find, quiet and safe! I will recommend this to others.

This was an ideal spot for our spring training vacation! Located outside of the metro area, the property provided secluded relaxation & awesome, elevated views of the landscape - yet only minutes from anything you would want/need. Property was immaculate & we did not want for anything - everything was better than described & we enjoyed it all! You could pay more & stay in a hotel downtown, or enjoy this gem with 10x more amenities & peacefulness. No contest!!!

Mother & Son Spring Break Boondagle

This was a fantastic location full of fun outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, chess, darts, not to mention hiking right outside the back door). The apartment is fully furnished and we appreciated all of the special touches that Ramona included (bathrobes, cooler, recommendations, etc). The view of the city and the stars each night was incredible. Highly recommend this location especially if you're not driving into downtown Phoenix each day as it is a bit outside of town.

Beautiful home and breathtaking views!

We were a bit skeptical being the first guests to stay in this guesthouse but we were so glad we did! The listing did not disappoint! The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The best part was the amazing views from the patio! It was a great location because we were close enough to see Phoenix’s downtown skyline but yet far enough away to go hiking out the back door! The owners were so gracious and respected our privacy. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We are grateful to have met them and even made new friends! We look forward to coming back and staying there again!

Holiday Getaway

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Ramona & Sol’s Casita. The home is exactly as seen on the photos. Ramona & Sol are warm and welcoming. We loved the hot tub overlooking the amazing views! I would definitely recommend this rental.

Phoenix foothills

While not perfect (no place ever is) I would put this down as yet another successful VRBO experience. I would also consider it a fairly good value. Be prepared--the location is a bit remote but, frankly, that's not all bad. Also, don't expect to prepare entire meals--the kitchen is limited--but still is far superior to an average hotel room.
