Holden' A Full House – Location! Location! Location! Just third row from the beach, this home offers beautiful ocean views from the screened-in porch and four decks, providing multiple vantage points of the ocean and waterway. An elevator makes access to each floor easy and convenient.

The home features Wi-Fi, TVs, and ceiling fans in three bedrooms, a gas fireplace, and a washer and dryer for guest use. With an open floor plan, there are two master suites—one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed—plus a Pyramid bunk room with USB ports, an additional Queen bedroom, and two living areas, making it perfect for family gatherings.

Outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot/cold shower, foot shower, furnished screened porch and decks, covered parking, and a charcoal grill. With over 2,700 square feet, this home is just minutes from the ocean, restaurants, ice cream shops, playgrounds, and splash pads. It’s easy to see why guests return year after year!

Ready for Bed: For weekly rentals, all bedroom beds are made prior to arrival with fresh linens. Towels and bath mats are also provided so you can settle in and relax immediately.

This house is beautiful. It is extremely well decorated and would be a wonderful location and home for a large group. There were only four adults and we had more than enough space. We all agreed we would love to rent this place again.

House was in excellent condition. It was well stocked. It met our every need. It was extremely clean. Most of all the staff at Coastal Vacations was wonderful, friendly, courteous and very helpful.

The check in process was not accurately communicated prior to arrival. There was no accessible key onsite. Had to pick up at another location. The fact that linens were not included was not acceptable.

It was a beautiful, roomy house. Elevator a must for disabilities. Some tvs didn't work, missing remotes. Leak in the bathroom, (it was promptly taken care of)The microwave turned on but didn't cook It wouldn't heat up. All of these things were insignificant. Had a wonderful time!

Overall was a good stay

Overall we had a good stay in the house but there was one issue we came across. The bathtub in the master bathroom on the third floor would leak through the floor causing water to drip through the ceiling on the second floor. My mother in law couldn’t use the tub after that. Other than that the house was just fine
