Downstairs:
The generous rumpus room is the heart of fun and relaxation, featuring a pool table, comfy couch, TV, DVD player, dart board, and video game console. For your comfort, an air conditioner is also provided, and don’t forget to take advantage of the free WiFi. The rumpus room opens up to a large secure backyard with ample space for the boat and even room for your furry friends to play (please note, pets must remain outside).

Sleeping Arrangements:
The internal split-level staircase leads to five well-appointed bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms feature luxurious king-size beds, while the fifth bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with two sets of bunks. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners, and the remaining bedrooms have ceiling fans to ensure everyone stays comfortable.

Bathrooms:
There are two modern bathrooms, one of which includes a washing machine for your convenience.

Upstairs Living:
The open-plan living area upstairs boasts bright, raked ceilings that enhance the spacious feel of the home. Enjoy the warmth of the beautiful wood fire heater on cooler days or keep cool with the air conditioner during summer. The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with everything you need to prepare meals for the entire family. The massive island bench with five stools and the adjacent dining setting that seats eight make this space perfect for family gatherings.

Outdoor Entertainment:
Step out onto the large alfresco deck to savor a summer BBQ while taking in the stunning water views. The deck is equipped with a gas BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture, making it an ideal spot for dining and relaxation.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD900 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
