Guest House at Parkland Beach, Gull Lake

One-bedroom guest house a minutes away from the Parkland Beach, Gull lake.
Includes: bedroom with a queen size bed, living-room with a hide a bed couch, full kitchen, bathroom with a tub, laundry room with washer/dryer, Traeger barbecue, fire pit, shared yard with the owners, shared wi-fi.
The cabin is located on 8 acres with lots of trees and trails, there is a playground to share with the owners.
Located a short 10 minute walk to the marina and the store (pizza, ice-cream, liquor). 5 minute drive to a Parkland Beach with sandy shallow beach are with playground and water slide - great for little kids. The beach is groomed by a tractor every day. There is a golf course (Gull Lake Golf Course) 5 min drive from us.
Rimbey (Coop grocery store, Farmer's Market, outside pool, splash park) is 13 km away, Bentley is 18 km away (Farmer's Market), Sandy Beach is 17 km away, Aspen Beach Provincial Park is 26 km away.

No campers are allowed. Our property is NOT marijuana-friendly. The use or smoking of marijuana is NOT allowed anywhere on the property.

Family or couple friendly accommodation adjacent to the main house. I was just riding through as they say and it was clean and quiet. I was able to walk down to the lake in 15 minutes.

Cute property with all the amenities you could need. Excellent responses from the very friendly hosts who were very accommodating. Great value. Only reason for not making 5 star:Street noise from highway, not a ton of space between the rental and the host property, about a 18 min drive to Aspen Beach (unless there was one closer to the property I didn’t know about). Otherwise the trip was great and we had a nice time. Thank you
