It also has free tram links to the Melbourne CBD and Southbank. The spacious unit has a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining and a furnished balcony. You also have access to undercover parking, pool, gym and picnic tables.

The unit was very tidy and clean, however the saucepans were disgustingly dirty, I had to buy a steel wool pad and detergent to scrub everything before I could cook.

The property was nice but a bit dated. It wasn’t overly clean but perhaps I am a bit fussy. My biggest complaint was there were only 2 very thin towels for two people for 3 days plus a tiny little soap. Lucky we found shower gel in the drawer. The sheets on the bed were threadbare in 2 places. Having a balcony was lovely but there is a bird problem as there was bird pooh on the furniture out there. There wasnt enough information on under ground parking. We thought we had found the right park which corresponded with the no. on the key but we had a nasty message left on our car about in being a pvte car park. I know it sounds very negative but overall it was a lovely stay but just a few things to be mindful of. I would stay again as it central to everything.

We have a great time in Melbourne- accommodation was great and had everything we needed including easy access to trams and in the free zone so no added expenses.

Enjoyable
Convenient good size with on-site parking. Ideal position with free tram almost at door. Although the property was not ready when we arrived the owner kept us updated and really was not an issue.
