This accommodation is near Melbourne Convention Centre, Crown Casino, South Warf, DFO & South Melbourne Market as well as having great access to all the sporting facilities Melbourne has to offer! You will be right in the heart of it all & within walking distance to restaurants and bars but the trams are also at the door! (A very short stroll and you are in the free tram zone).

The condo facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium and BBQ area.

Our welcoming apartment has a master suite bedroom and an additional two generous sized bedrooms. The rooms can be set up as:

Bedroom (Master) 1: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Either 2 x Single beds (one day bed and one trundle bed); OR 1 Single bed (day bed) and left as an addition living space/study. Perfect if you only need one bed and would appreciate a second living space through the day.

Our fully equipped kitchen is very well stocked and we are happy to arrange to shop for particular groceries to be ready for your arrival by prior arrangement.

The open plan dining/living room has a huge flat screen TV, reclining lounge chairs, and is fitted out with really interesting furniture for a bit of fun. The living room opens to breezy balcony. A perfect spot for your morning coffee or a place to unwind at the end of the day while watching the city lights turn on.

If you are travelling with young children, we can arrange to have some age appropriate toys/books ready to entertain. Just reach out as we'd like to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible.

You will have full exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be able to access the shared lobby, gym, pool, BBQ area. (We can provide secure carpark for one car for $25 per night. Just message us and we'll arrange access).

Reunion

We are 4 friends that live in different States that have a friendship dating back 55 yrs, as Ansett Hosties. We meet now every 2 yrs in each others State. This year my turn to host, I selected a place central to many things and with it was a great choice The apt was clean, comfortable and our host Philipa left us some lovey touches and was easy to reach.

the best in Melbourne

there were 5 adults in our group. firstly my boys checked out the gym and heated indoor pool whilst i took a short stroll to the corner IGA store grabbed some treats to go with the lovely bottle of bubbles that was awaiting our arrival we took in a show at the crown had dinner and cocktails went shopping at the DFO which is a very short walk went across the road to catch a tram into the city in the evening took an uber to get around town everything is so close the apartment has everything needed and more cant wait to visit again soon and a big thank you to Philipa for being just a phone call away if needed.

Super thoughtful touches and everything you need

Fabulous stay, great views of Yarra/ Melbourne skyline sitting at balcony and really convenient location (to IGA and walking distance to tram). Personal thoughtful touches for a really comfortable stay was great! Extra items in fridge (chocs, wine, fresh fruits etc) really appreciated! Thank you! Cupboards with extra pillows, duvets, towels, many board games for all ages, fun puzzles, books, toiletries, home comforts etc, made it a very comfortable, easy and relaxing stay. Apartment had access to pool with perfect length for a good swim. Really a luxury home away from home, tastefully furnished with a great character. Definitely stay again! Thank you.
