Downstairs there is a 6th bedroom doubling as a second living area and rumpus room featuring a queen size Italian wall bed, seperate bathroom and deck leading to the secure rear garden.

Upstairs features include a modern well-equipped kitchen with every appliance so you can entertain in style; with a separate dining area and large light filled living area complete with wood fireplace winter. The huge north facing deck offers extensive ocean views and the outdoor entertaining area comes with BBQ, bar fridge, stainless steel sink and generous outdoor dining possibilities.

The finishing touch is a beautiful beach only a 5 minute stroll away.
