We had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was really easy. The house had everything we needed and was really clean. The location was great, and Emily was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay there again.
Really enjoyed our stay at this place. Very spacious inside and had all the amenities. Bedrooms are very large also. House was clean and comfortable. Giant couch with three recliners built into it, very comfy! No problem with parking right in front. Would definitely stay again.
Kitchen was outfitted well, one of the best I’ve had. First floor bedroom and bathroom were miserably cold. The floors felt like they had no insulation.

From the owner: "We’re so glad to hear that you found the kitchen well outfitted and that it stood out as one of the best you’ve experienced. As noted in our listing, the first-floor bedroom can run cooler during the winter months, which is why we provide a portable electric oil-filled radiator to help keep the space comfortable. During your stay, temperatures were extremely cold, which can impact that area more than others. We also have a Nest thermostat with remote access and noticed the heat remained set at 68°F. We do not restrict the thermostat in the winter, and guests are always welcome to adjust it to a higher temperature if desired. Thank you for letting us know about your visit."
This is a 4 bedroom, roomy home in Squirrel Hill with plenty of places to walk for coffee, shopping and right at a bus stop going to campus. The place was clean and comfortable and had plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again.
Wonderfully close to great neighborhoods and easy access to highways. Nearby small playground nice for children. Owner very accessible and friendly. Parking not a problem. Would stay here again!
This property is as advertised: Very Clean and spacious. 4 bedrooms, and 1 has a bunk bed for kids, it was perfect. Owner was easy to contact and check in, wi-fi and 4 TV's wwe great! Highly recommend!
Stayed here for the vintage grand prix and great walking distace from schenley park. Clean, well kept. Pleasant overall. Would definitely stay again next year
Emily was very responsive & easy to deal with. The home was packed with kitchen appliances, utensils & conveniences. And additional personal touches throughout. 7 of us comfortably stayed for 3 nights. Would highly recommend for anyone visting Pitt or CMU.
The apartment was as advertised, had everything we needed and a great location.
TV operation was a mystery, but that probably had more to do with us than the TV.
The spaces were larger than we expected. The leather couch in the living room with reclining seats was great for relaxing reading and cuddling. The beds were all comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. Location was great. Walkable to “upstreet” Emily, the local host, was quick to respond, fpund a high chair for our baby and was able to give us a late check out which was super helpful. A great stay.
Terrific rental in Pittsburgh's Squirrel Hill neighborhood
This was the perfect VRBO / Evolve rental for Thanksgiving weekend with my in-laws in Squirrel Hill. Great location, wonderful property, easy instructions for access and checkout. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are a bit steep for my elderly monther-in-law, but no problem because the property has a bedroom & bath on the ground floor.
Every aspect of the property was very clean which is the most important thing for me. Plenty of room for three families. Convenient for our purpose; able to walk to some activities. Liked being able to easily control the temperature. Shower in downstairs bathroom was small but adequate.Street was busy but always able to find parking in the same block.
This place was perfect…for all of our needs perfectly. Location was amazing…near the location of our HS reunion and the house I grew up in…plus the Squirrel Hill business district.
An 11 out of 10!!!!
Wonderful weekend with family back home in Pittsburgh. Pens/Steelers win, Pitt loss.
Some noisy kids in the yard below very late one night but otherwise very good.
Perfect location with CVS right around the corner and Giant Eagle close by. Plenty of street parking. First floor bedroom has it's own bathroom (shower was a bit weird being so small). Small bathroom for visitors behind the front door was a bonus. Second floor bathroom is newly renovated (beautiful). Fully stocked with everything you need. Very spacious. Love the Keurig coffee maker.
Our stay was very pleasant. Property was clean. Check in process was very smooth. We didn't find any issues during our stay. Our aunt and uncle used the bedroom downstairs. When it was clod, they used space heaters.
Over we had Positive stay.
Our family, adult children/partners, came to Pittsburgh for a wedding. The townhome was very close to our venue (Carnegie Art museum), had clean, oversized rooms. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was clean, large and well stocked. Great couch for lounging on and watching football games the next day. We parked one car in the driveway and easily found other street parking. The downstairs room is definitely chilly, but the space heater is a great solution. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great home and location!
Our family stayed in the house on S. Negley and I was a little concerned about the owners being there while we were there, but there were absolutely no concerns after I saw how securely locked the door to the lower level was from the rest of the house. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for family meals, bathrooms were great, and the whole house was very clean and neat. As we were driving to the home, we saw that we were near the college and saw many college students walking in town, and I thought we would be in a noisy neighborhood, but it was a beautiful, quiet, and very safe home and neighborhood. This is a great place for a family or a group gathering. Emily was very gracious and helpful with the house questions I had and extra tips about the neighborhood! Thank you, Emily!
The first floor bedroom has a queen bed that we considered too creeky that necessitated moving to a different bedroom and have only one person sleep in the middle of the bed on the ground floor.
In the upstairs bedroom with the king bed, there is a sizeable bulge in the ceiling that the owner may want to address.
