Enjoy this beautiful Tybee Island condo located just 500 feet from the Atlantic Ocean beaches and close to Downtown Tybee with shopping and restaurants and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. This recently renovated, modern two bedroom two bathroom condo has comfortable gathering spaces both in and outdoors. Perfect for a small family or couple's getaway!

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Tybee Sands 1A

The condo is close to the beach and walking distance of restaurants and shops. It has comfortable beds and plenty of room for a family of four. The street itself congested and narrow with awkward parking. Bottom unit with thin walls, so plenty of noise from upstairs and adjoining neighbors. Very few amenities in the kitchen and no storage for beach equipment. Overall clean condo that is well maintained with location and price outweighing any negatives. We enjoyed our stay.
