This is a PRIVATE impeccably kept 0ne BEDROOM pet & smoke free SUITE offering 1 full queensize bedroom, a private 4 piece bathroom, living room with reclining leather furniture, a Kitchenette/office area complete with microwave oven, refrigerator, slow-cooker, tea & coffee as well as all china , glassware and plates.. FAST wifi, & 9a 52inch smart T.V with Netflix is included. Heated floors plus air conditioned for your comfort. Separate thermostats are in each Bedroom and living area.

Lovely

Beautiful house, comfy beds, good location, great space and the hosts were amazing. I was a little hesitant to go somewhere that was a shared space, but we had complete privacy, and yet they still attended to our every need. Would highly recommend.

This is an Upscale home previously a show home with a PRIVATE 2 bedroom SUITE and a location 4 minutes walk to Lake Chestermere's Cove Bay Beach Park and all the comforts you might dream of during a hot sunny summer day.

We Purchased this building with a love for Class, Quality, comfort and opportunity for Hosting many new Friends ( that we have yet to meet). It is a prime location for lake enjoyment, water sports, great dining opportunities and shopping,
Our Private Oasis in the back yard attracts many great comments due to the plethora of flowers and trees and the private Water Fountain and spacious 6 seater Gazebo. ( Please see attached photo's ).
