Superb accommodation
The property is extremely well maintained with lovely appointments - the owners, who live on-site, are very accommodating and gracious - I could not find any fault and highly recommend the property.

About the host

My husband, Jeremy, our Labrador dog, Charlie, & cat, Leo, retired to Stanley in 2018. We moved from Queensland to enjoy a quieter pace of life! With our 4 children scattered in different countries we thought it time to make our sea change.
So we bought our run down cottage in the fishing village of Stanley and embarked on what we thought was a renovation but ended up being a total rebuild. We have managed to retain the original character of the cottage with the addition of a modern accommodation for us attached to the back.

Why they chose this property

Number 10 is ideally situated to take in views of the Tatlow Bay at the front and The Nut at the rear of the cottage. It is walking distance to all amenities including beaches & cafes. Being only a few years old, with plenty of insulation and central heating, plus a wood burner in the guest lounge it is ideal for those cold Tassie Winter nights. All amenities are new, fresh & clean. W've tried to capture the cottage feel to make your stay feel like you've stepped back in time.

What makes this property unique

Modern, clean, well equiped and warm as well as close to all town amenities.
