Lots of light
This place has so much wonderful light, I wouldn’t mind buying this home. It gives you a happy homie feeling and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed at so far. I love the interior and it has so much beautiful space it’s unbelievable. Thank you for letting me enjoy a wonderful stay.
Our experience was amazing. Myself and about 6 other friends stayed here over the weekend for my birthday and we LOVED it. The house is super roomy and clean, beds are comfortable (especially the master!) And the double shower head in the master bathroom was awesome. Shawn was very helpful and available if need be. 1000/10!

Family Trip
Safe & convenient. We used this property for a family trip to visit our grandson. Ample space to spread out and relax. There is only one television- located in the great room but we were there for family time, not screen time. The two arcade games and card set were fun for all ages. The kitchen has basic cookware & we prepared all meals at the house. There was a little delay with communication but Shawn was able to accommodate our requests. We would stay here again!
The stay was very nice. The property manager was extremely responsive and the maintenance guy was helpful.
It's clear that it's rental property with not a lot of upkeep. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers. Hence we ended up washing everything. The floors in the enclosed patio area was dusty/dirty. The kitchen floor was dirty/sticky. The bedding was cheap and not comfortable. Last, there was broken furniture that needs replacing AND the livingroom furniture needs to be thrown out due to dirt/stains/wear (gross).
Fraudulent Property listing. Do not go down this path, horrible experience with Property Technician/Owner and Evolve. The Townhome states that it has a functioning AC, well that is not the case unless you want to stay in a rental where the temperature reaches 80+ degrees in the day time and into the evening with the "functioning AC" running. When I called the "property Technician contact" which is likely the owner of the town home, his statement was that the AC guy had been out there prior to my check in and that the the AC was suitable and that it is "just hot" in Houston Texas in July. well that is not a suitable answer. He stated that he would fix the AC issue and that he could not loose the rental. We had to stay elsewhere the first night, not even in the rental that we have paid for. He sends a text that the AC is fixed, so we go back to the property for another eventful day, only to find that the technician/property owner put in 2 window units to assist the main malfunctioning AC unit. the Temperature is suitable, however as the day progresses the temperature rose to 78 degrees and it wasn't even 2PM, so we left and messaged the Property owner/technical contact that we were checking out due to the non-functioning AC unit. I. mean what were we to do, I have a small child that is recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury and with a disability. We notified Evolve who is the property management firm and they were just as pitiful. No help and would not refund the rental that we already paid for and stated that the Property Owner would not refund the rental. We did not even stay at the rental for a single night. What a horrible experience. I would stay away from this property for sure. This is a non-functional rental and should never be allowed to be on the rental market. Shame on Evolve for not performing their due diligence on the property as well.

Hi Jonathan, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We're sorry for the experience you had. I have owned the property for over 20 years and have had it rented and leased out for over 8. You are the first complaint regarding the A/C system and found your comment about fraudulent property very offensive as we are very proud of our property. Within 2 hours of you notifying us of the issue, I had a licensed professional A/C tech at the property. He spent over 2 hours inspecting every aspect of the property's A/C unit. His assessment of the unit was that it was well maintained and in good working condition with no issues whatsoever with Freon or any other component. My next question to him was why the temperature was above average during the day. He responded that Houston was going through a serious heat wave and that the temperature reached 110 degrees. He further explained that the way most A/C units work is on a 20 to 25-degree differential meaning it is designed to bring down the house temp by that much. He also mentioned that of the 11 service calls that he did that day, all but 1 of the houses in Houston were experiencing the same issue as me. He advised window units to mitigate the load off the central A/C unit. Taking his advice, we did so immediately. I brought 2 window units into the house to take care of the issue. I followed up the following day with your wife to check on how things were by text in which everything seemed to be ok at the time with a perfect 72 degrees in the house. When I checked the thermostat early in the morning, it was at 65 degrees. I felt that this was too cold so I raised it to 72 waiting for your family to come in. Later communicating with your wife by text, she states that the temp was 75 degrees. This was the very last communication I had with your wife or you. I was under the impression that everything was resolved. Your wife and children stayed at the property during the day while your home was under construction. It was later in the week I heard you had left the property days before. Management should have been notified and would have appreciated it. I did everything in my power to accommodate and make you and your family comfortable, even refunding you the majority of the cost of the reservation despite the cancelation policy,
This house is larger than I expected. It is tastefully furnished and does not look or feel like a vacation rental. It feels like a very lovely home. Nice pottery and flatware. Everything you need to cook a meal. Great TV with Roku. Walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, grocery store and liquor store/deli. Air conditioning was great. We will definitely come back.
We loved all the little nooks there were to relax, spend time, read the Bible and work out! We did lots of laundry since we didn't bring many clothes and the facilities were great. The kitchen was well stocked but make sure you bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as there are only the rolls on that were available. The neighborhood was SO QUIET at night and we felt very safe. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby and easy access to highways. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean! The extra bedroom needs a window covering as it is extremely bright and hot in the afternoon, but otherwise, no complaints! We were sad to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
