Welcome to Happy Daze, a beautiful three-bedroom two bath home located mid-island of Fort Myers Beach. Inside offers a very comfortable living room perfect to unwind after a full day in the sun, spacious dining room with seating for everyone, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a small patio with two chairs just off the kitchen that overlooks the pool area. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. One guest bath is just off the living room and a second bath just across from the king master and twin bedroom. Outside the screened pool offers hours of endless entertainment and is complete with plenty of seating options, TV, and fridge. Guests can find an outdoor entertainment area with a basketball game, foosball, darts, and a firepit. For added convenience there is a washer, dryer, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. Our stay at Happy Daze was great. The weather didn’t cooperate too well but of course we found plenty of things to do. We visited For Myers beach, Cape Coral, and Naples.

Quiet and Relaxing

This home was perfect for our family! Close walk to the beach with a relaxing pool, grill and outdoor fridge. Kitchen was right off the pool area and had everything we needed. Nice convenient front load washer and dryer. Everything was true to the photos provided.

Relaxing retreat

Beautiful property, Great distance from the beach. Amazing pool area with room to gather and enjoy. All rooms were clean and decorated beautifully. Could have used more in kitchen such as trash bags and some seasonings. Other than that it was perfect!

Has it all!

Great place to stay all around. Great location, 1 block from beach access, away from most of the touristy stuff, more residential. Outside pool area was great. Absolutely no food, salt, pepper, only 2 rolls TP per bath so be prepared. A few tripping hazards in the home, so caution if you have elderly visitors. Would definitely return!

We cannot be liable for any food/condiments left behind! We also provide a “starter set” of toilet tissue, paper towels, soap and let our guests know once they run out, they are on their own to purchase additional supplies, if needed. Its only intended to get you started! Can you elaborate on the tripping hazard, so we can fix it? Thanks again and so glad you had a great stay!

Awesome house!!! The kids had a blast all week with the pool. We only had recurring issues with the AC units but the management team was always prompt to respond and send maintenance over. They even went above and beyond by providing me with another house 2 blocks away. I can't say enough about Sun Palace. I would gladly come back.

Covid Recovery Vacation

This property was neat and tidy but not overly fussy for a family with younger children. The pool and all accoutrements indoors and out were wonderful. The separation of one bedroom/bath from two others with bath, on either side of the house, proved perfect for grandparents who needed a bit more sleep in the AM. It was an easy walk to the beach and to Mound House---a beautiful historic and archaeological property. Note to future travelers--no condiments or extra paper products were provided, so be sure to bring your own. Ditto on dish drying towels. We highly recommend and hope to book again.

Nice house and location

We enjoyed our stay at the house in July 2022. We liked the layout of the house, the from yard, and ofcourse the covered pool area, where we spend a lot of hours. We have rented a lot oh houses, they have always been equipped with basic stuff like oils, salt/pepper etc, ziplock bags, foil etc. This house was complete empty, there was a welcome package with a small dish soap and detergent - other than that, you should get everything. Its just something to keep in mind when shopping. Other than that, we really liked the house and would come back.

Old folks on vacation.

Very nice stay. Could have used few more forks. Refrigerator, although new, froze food in middle and shelves were terrible configuration. Decorating was not cohesive. Just threw stuff on shelves. Open shelves in kitchen could have had middle shelf one peg lower and empty for accessibility. Nightstand in living room was very hard to get around. Should have been with bed. Beds WERE very nice A+. Rusted sectional in pool area shoulder have been removed Before we arrived. Loved fire pit, party lights, very good grill ⭐️.
