A large Gas grill is just outside through the kitchen in its own covered portico, and there are stairs leading to the pool from there. Just off the living room you will find a half bath and down a short hallway is the second king bedroom and adjacent queen bedroom each with ensuite baths and a pool view from their own private decks. On the third floor a huge king master bedroom is on the third level boasting a high tray ceiling, elegant ensuite bath with glass enclosed walk-in shower and large multi showerhead, double sinks, 65" TV and a covered terrace with delightful Gulf views. Also on the third level are three more bedrooms each with an attached bathroom. **The stove top is an induction surface so a pot/pan needs to be on it for it to work, if not, it will not heat up. It’s not broken, it is very efficient and heats up a lot quicker.

** Beach accesses are on Bay View Rd. and Coconut Dr, on either side of the home, please do not use private beach access across the street from home, as this is private property.

Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian.
