This location is ideal for walking to CBD .Perhaps you could try one of our Lime scooters which are so popular. 15 mins taxi ride to The International Airport.
Free under cover parking is available back entrance off Montreal st on left opposite Conference st. We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

It was a great location in terms of being in downtown Christchurch, but unfortunately the bar next door was having an open mic night and it was very loud. This is great news for some people, but I was disappointed at the noise and understand it is a part of the great location of the space!
Clean and tidy. Lounge and bedrooms were good. Water pressure was very poor and the hot tap in the bathroom leaked one night leaving us with no hot water at all for a day. This needs fixing. Location was great though.
