The townhouse has a great location, with easy walking to Norwood Parade and Adelaide East End. There was good communication with Kate, and she was helpful with an urgent issue.

It's a great location, I had no wifi and it didn't get fixed, which was frustrating for me. A lamp globe was out downstairs. No air con or heating upstairs. Other than that, well equipped for a stay.

However, we do want to clarify a couple of points. The WiFi was monitored over a 24-hour period, and no issues were detected. The next guest also had no concerns using it. There is also air conditioning installed upstairs, and we’re always happy to assist guests with how to use the systems during their stay if needed.

This is a great property in an excellent let down by some maintenance issues that should be addressed in a premium property.

The home was lovely and comfortable. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The ping-pong table was great too! It was centrally located and we could walk to the restaurants and shops. We especially loved the vintage store in the neighbourhood. We loved how it was also so close to the CBD, so again, it was quick and easy to get into town. A special thank you for accommodating our request for a late check-out. It really helped that we had some extra sleep time before flying out. We appreciate it! We'll be back again next year!

We spent 5 nights at Saltbush. Great location, handy to some nice pubs with good food in walking distance. Close to public transport.
Our only criticism is the property could have been a bit cleaner and there are a few things that need some maintenance but the layout was good and Norwood is a good area.

Lovely spacious townhouse with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice quiet street with easy off street parking. Full kitchen with all amenities, laundry with washing machine and dryer a bonus. Comfortable beds and plenty of room and seating in lounge and dinning spaces for a family or group of friends to spread out. Lovely courtyard to sit or have a meal or coffee outdoors. Very convenient location with in a short walk or car ride to The Parade and a 5 minute drive to Adelaide’s CBD.

Accessing the property was easy. Lots of room. Table tennis table was a bonus! Was disappointed to find the ceiling in the master bedroom had a large mouldy section, the oven was dirty and generally not all that clean. Would use this rental regularly when we visit Adelaide if the these issues were addressed.
