Just Beachy.

Excellent value

Our group was an extended family of 20, so filled all the beds, and it was winter so we were all inside a lot, and it worked decently well. The property is well maintained, the heating worked well and so did everything else. The kitchen is not large but is stocked with basic requirements,(except a can opener!!) the fridge is a good size but we needed the two electric camping fridges that we brought. The biggest complaint was that some of the bunk beds were uncomfortable with thin or old mattresses and possibly some broken slats in the frames? But the queen beds are good. Overall it was good, basic accommodation and very good value.

Although the house had a few problems (fridge, gas etc), the owners were more than willing to help and we still all had a great time :)

Room Galore

Our group ended up being a total of 16 people and even with that amount there was plenty of room still! The place was perfect for our group and I'm sure we'll be back! Close to beach, amenities and a drive away to Phillip Island sights. Thanks :)
