*New washer and dryer in unit ,New floors installed, new heat pump ac unit installed . Bright and open style apartment unit located directly across from Red Shores casino and Eastlink Center . Unit has 1 Queen bed & one double size sofa bed and 1 futon bed . This condo has a nice open concept kitchen for your convenience! This unit is roughly a 10-12 minute walk from downtime .
