About this property

Beautiful family oriented getaway. Spacious living & dining rooms and fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Roofed parking for one vehicle. Sanitization ensured prior to arrival plus cleaning supplies for guests. Town of Perkins offers all kinds of services and goods for a pleasant stay. Wifi and cable TV included. Ski resorts (Camp Fortune, Mont Cascades, Sommet Edelweiss, Parc Lafleche, etc) and snow trails nearby. No smoking, nor stay-over guests allowed, sorry. We do not take reservations from groups of unrelated parties, nor from multiple couples, nor rent out our place "per bedroom", to allow unrelated people to share the house. Ours is a family cottage, we live part of the year at, with many personal, valuable items we want people staying there to cherish, like it was THEIR home.

Our son and his family (wife and 2 children) live next door. He also has a professional audio studio in the basement. Some guests have hired him to have them or their family record songs professionally. It has an extra cost but it is quite an experience !!!!

My son also has 3 dogs, all very friendly and not barking. In the wintertime they spend most time inside the house but go out from time to time.

Great stay for family of 6.

Had a great stay for March break. Great proximity to Nordic ski club that we were in the region for. Very quiet, clean, environmentally conscious, spacious and had everything we needed for a week away. Few little details we brought to host’s attention and received great communication. Narrow spiral staircase between upstairs and down may be tricky for anyone with balance/ stability issues or very young children but we had no issue with it (our kids thought it was pretty cool!) Would recommend this listing!

Hi. We have been a couple of years in the hosting business, but travelled enough to know what kind of a place we would be happy to offer others to stay and enjoy at. We have a place in Mexico and we spend time there, but we are very proud of our chalet in Quebec and our family orientation. Indeed, our son and his wife and two toddlers live in the main house, next to our place. Ours is fully independent and private, but we share garage, driveway and main entrance.

Our chalet is very spacious, has great views, lots of storage space and mostly it offers great privacy. No neighbors closely and lots of outdoor spaces and spots. to visit in the region. Bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms very well designed and equipped. Enjoy a great dinner with your beloved and have a nice home office if needed.
