Why they chose this property
I bought this property because of its location opposite the gorgeous Albert Park.
I renovated it a year after I bought it, exposed the brick and put in the separate bedroom. The space is designed to be an urban oasis, with solid wood kitchen bench, loads of plants and quirky retro features that makes this a home away from home.
Character apartments like this are rare in Auckland. Its location to me is the best the city has to offer.
