Very good trip

Really enjoyed the decorating and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only issues I’d raise are: coffee maker didn’t work…luckily there’s a Starbucks down the street; there was no dish detergent; and the master shower (looks amazing) wasn’t segregated from the toilet so water splashed out making it hard to keep that area dry. All in all, this property had almost everything we needed and it helped with a fun trip. Thank you!

Lots of + and several -

We had to call several days in a row to get hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen towels. We went to check out and get ready to leave and found a complete load of linens in the dryer… We folded them and put them on top of the dryer for the cleaner to find. Linens got dropped off to us twice And the ones we did and didn’t use we put in the laundry pile. The coffee maker is wacko and got where it wouldn’t even make a pot let alone a cake it kept shutting itself off. There are a couple of torn blinds in the kitchen, and the water pressure was not good at all throughout the house. Four out of five of the beds were not at a even normal height . I will say the beds were very comfortable though everyone thought so it’s a beautiful house and tastefully decorated but man what a hassle when you can’t get anything other than one roll of paper towels with no back up to clean anything up. I will also mention there are several nicks on the tables beside the beds, and the lamps are cheesy as all get out. Just a little bit of investment and this property could be pristine. I won’t say we had a horrible time it was just such a hassle, especially with the carpet.

Could be nice with a lot of work and if it was in a different neighborhood.

Neighborhood is average and unkempt in places. Back yard is ugly, not inviting at all. An old shed metal shed, broken furniture. Holes in a few walls on the interior, back door handle doesn't work/lock. No lockable door on master bedroom and the glass door for the toilet in the master bedroom is undesirable. The master bedroom bed is a very cheap metal and make noises every time you move so sleeping is next to impossible. Shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was disgusting. Water runs all over the floor in another bathroom because there is no curtain and no wall. Very low water pressure. Had to kill a 3" roach in one of the bedrooms. We did take the trash can up to the house as asked. There wasn't any detergent for the dishwasher so we requested some, but what was dropped off was a rinse agent, not a detergent, so we loaded the dishwasher and left it for the next person. We would gladly take a partial refund.

Perfect for us!

This was the perfect house for us and our family! We were in town for my son's wedding about 9 miles away. It was very convenient for all of us to be under the same roof (my husband and I, my parents, my sister, our older son, my cousin and her granddaughter). The five bedrooms were perfect and the 3 full baths were sufficient for preparing and dressing the day of the wedding.The kitchen was equipped enough so that we were able to cook several meals here. The living room was spacious enough for the opening of wedding gifts a couple of days later. The only complaint we had was thatbthere were no hand towels or washcloths in any of the bathrooms. But there was a Walmart so close that we just bought some that one of us would just keep.
