As the original owner and builder of the High Country Guest Ranch, he understands the importance of quality, family friendly lodging, and great customer service. Larry has spent 3 years building the Mickelson Trail Lodge and making it unique in every way. From a kids room under the staircase, to the hot tub located on the roof, to the mammoth rocked fireplace on the front patio, each detail has been added for the enjoyment of his guests. This lodge gives Larry and his staff the opportunity to interact with guests and help make their stay extraordinary. He strives to make this lodge a welcoming, serene, and comfortable home away from home in the Black Hills.
