The name of this beautiful SW Cape Coral gem was picked for a reason. A great getaway for the family at this Gulf access Waterfront home is guaranteed and it is not far from open water. While you can stay at the beautiful property to fish from the dock, or if you plan on renting or even bringing your own boat, this home is ready for either. The gorgeous and large patio area that oversees the electric heated pool area is perfect to cool off in the summer or to entertain friends and family with gas powered grill for the perfect summer barbecue. Rest assured, this is the place to pick!

This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the master suite equipped with a king sized bed, smart TV and adjacent master bathroom features his and hers sink plus standalone shower. Guest bedroom 1 features a queen bedroom with large windows for lots of light and smart TV. Guest bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 Twin beds and perfect for children and adults. Both rooms share the Guest bathroom which also has access to the pool area and is equipped with his and hers sink and standalone shower.

The living area features comfortable recliner sofa and loveseat with view over the big screen smart TV, perfect to entertain for the big game or just to relax while putting your feet up. The home has been tastefully decorated to make you feel at home.

The kitchen with bar style counter is equipped with stainless steel appliances recently added and is situated next to the dining area for 6 which overlooks the pool area.

This home also offers 2 Kayaks for use, 5 total bicycles and 2 Golf Bag including all necessary clubs.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

Best place ever!!

This was our second time staying at this location and we don’t want stay anywhere else! Everything was perfect from the location, cleanliness, the pool and it has everything you need. Already booked again for next year.

Nice lanai & outside area but that's about it!

We stayed here in July 2021. We arrived late and the check-in process was very easy. The house was inviting until we saw the bathroom and kitchen counters with nothing but ants all over; dead and alive. We contacted the management company and they did send out a service to spray but we felt this should have been taken care of before we arrived as this is what we thought the "cleaning" costs included. The pest service didn't really help as we still could not use the kitchen counters because of the ghost ants everywhere. The bathroom had other ants that we had to wash down the drain every time we showered. The beds were a bit rough and the home could use some thorough cleaning & updates. With that said, the property is located in a nice location and the pool/canal/outside area was very nice. They provided some items but you will have definitely have to shop for toiletries & soaps. We have stayed in 15+ homes over the years and this one was definitely not one of our favorites. Thankful for the outside area because that's all it really has going for it!

Unfortunately ants are coming out, especially after we have a lot of rain. Nothing we could see before. I am not sure if Pestcontrol sprays normally they put out a bait. During this time of the year we only can recommend to keep the countertop clean of food or crumbles. Toiletries etc. are only a starter package. In regards to Bedding especially mattresses each guest has a different comfort zone and unfortunately we cannot meet each guests comfort zone.

Wonderful family vacation

From the first moment we entered, the property was amazing! The pool covered with the lanai was wonderful, perfect temp and lovely overlooking the bay. We enjoyed the bicycles, kayaks and beach chairs/toys. Was very nice to have those extra amenities!
