This property is located just a beach bus or car ride away from the Ocean City boardwalk and just minutes away from Fenwick Island attractions and Northside Park. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
THIS IS A SIDE UNIT IN AN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. This building charges a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee due upon arrival- credit card, check or money order only. No smoking/vaping permitted on the Braemar grounds. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
